Finvision was incorporated in August 2024 under commercial registration number 240282, with the aim of providing comprehensive consulting services across diverse sectors to support our clients in achieving their maximum potential by delivering tailored solutions that address their unique challenges.
We are currently submitting our company profile to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to obtain a license as an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA).

An experienced Senior Financial Analyst with over 10 years of experience, including 7 years in the Middle East (Kuwait and Saudi Arabia). Holds a Master’s degree in Finance and is a Certified Financial Analyst (Level 3 Candidate) and Certified Management Accountant. Expertise includes Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Business Valuation, and Feasibility Studies. Also, acts as a Reviewer for the Journal of Finance and Accounting.

Sanjay Goyal – Founder- Director
He has as more than 15 years of experience in real estate market research and advisory, with extensive work in the industry in the GCC region, India, and parts of North Africa. Education qualification as Engineer and MBA in Finance from one of the top business schools in India. Sanjay started a real estate advisory business in 2004 in India and set up the GCC operations in 2008.
Mahmoud Al Jarrah – Director
Bachelors + MBA, Mahmoud is a well-qualified real estate professional with 12 yrs of experience in real estate, Islamic finance, Asset Management, and Private Equity. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst. Mahmoud is a Founder and Director of Estater.
Roobesh Modi– Co-Founder- Director
Roobesh Modi, GISP, M. Tech (Remote Sensing & GIS), has over 15 years of experience in spatial technologies viz. GIS, GPS, Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry. He has sound technology knowledge in the ArcGIS and ArcFM. He is experienced in deployment, implementation and integration of GIS based applications for various industries.

Ahmed Elashkar has over 24 years of professional experience and is the ex-Sr. Partner responsible for Deal Advisory practice at KPMG Egypt since 2005. Prior to joining advisory in 2005, Ahmed was enrolled in KPMG audit function since 2000 and used to provide assurance services for major banks, funds, investment companies and manufacturers.
